I am a chef with over 15 years of experience spanning from 2 Michelin starred fine dinning, award winning gastro pubs, exclusive chalets in Courchevel 1850 and private villas in Saint Tropez.
I have now been a head chef for over 10 years, earning many great reviews, Michelin acclaim and recognition in the Estrella damm top 50 gastro pubs. My food is heavily influenced by my time working in Europe and Australia as well as my passion for seasonal sustainable produce.
I am able to design menus tailored to your needs. Whether it be finger food for 50 or an 8 course tasting menu for a small intimate dinner party.
I can help you plan your next event. From helping you to find staff,
sourcing equipment, menu planning, cooking and serving on the day.
I will plan the menu with you to ensure it is exactly what you need, cook, serve and even help you to select your wines for the food. Of course your kitchen will be left spotless at the end. The perfect opportunity to host a dinner party without any of the stress.
